I want to thank you all for your help in securing the purchase of my new home. As it turned out, Trish had worked on designing the home I had hoped to find, it was due in the end of April, right on target for my needs. The layout is just what I was looking for. Closet by back door, gas furnace in center of home, farmhouse style, bedroom closets on the left as you enter the bedroom, soft close cabinets and a rustic luxury vinyl flooring, it even has a Porch!! The delivery crew were so efficient! I arrived to see them building up the ramp to place my home on the pad. My neighbor offered a cup of tea, we went inside to get it, when I got back outside the home was already in place! Let the leveling begin! Everyone immediately new what their job was and got right to it. The Pineview crew were such good sports with all my questions and they were a pleasure to work with. They made the process fun and were very helpful in the cleanup process. I highly recommend the quality of the home and the knowledge and professionalism of the entire staff. When we started this process, my husband and I were in the frame of mind that we were building our forever home. I was incredibly nervous about making that choice a mobile home. I did my research and looked at dealers across the state. We went to see all kinds of homes and talked to those dealers. I looked at the website for Pineview Homes, and saw a home with a built in porch. I could immediately see myself sitting there! I continued to shop around and look at homes, but I found myself returning, over and over, to the Pineview website. My husband and I went to view the home, and it was just as beautiful as what was pictured on the website! We put in a contract for the lot model that very day. Trish, and all of the other staff at Pineview made this one of the best purchases of my life! As I sit here on the porch on which I envisioned myself, enjoying my beautiful forever home, I think back to the process to get here. There are always going to be stresses when preparing the site and managing all of the moving parts to get a home set. However, the process for purchasing our home, having it set, and fixing all the little problems that present themselves when a house is moved was never stressful. Pineview made it easy! They have been attentive, helpful, and available when we needed something. Do yourself a huge favor - purchase your next home from Pineview!
